As a life-long educator, a move into the Instructional Design and eLearning field seemed to be a perfect "next step" allowing me to create learning products and experiences to help people learn and improve skills. I have a M.Ed. in Digital Learning and Leadership from Lamar University and I am currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Digital Learning & Instructional Design from the Digital Learning Institute. 
     My previous positions include Director of Instruction & Learning, Digital Learning Specialist, Innovative Learning Design Specialist, District Technology Coordinator and Campus Technology Specialist. 
     I have a relentless drive for continual learning and improvement and I am committed to enhancing educational outcomes and fostering learner success through innovative solutions. I feel that my knowledge of educational technology and many years of experience in adult education, online learning, educational theories, and pedagogical practices serve as a great foundation for a career in Instructional Design.
